At CP&A, our engineers don't spend their careers designing the same building over and over. We work on complex steel structures, container cranes, marine and industrial facilities, seismic systems, aerospace projects, and other specialized engineering problems.
Our projects take us around the world, and our engineers work across disciplines from concept and analysis through design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.

We encourage asking questions and seeking opinions from our other engineers whenever you need it. Our engineers can be involved throughout the project lifecycle. From concept and analysis through detailed design, fabrication, construction support, and commissioning.
Our office is at the center of a bustling area in West Tacoma, with plenty of restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and even a park within easy walking distance.
Working at CP&A
At CP&A, we have a collaborative work environment where there is no pride of authorship. The best engineering concept wins, doesn't matter if a senior or entry level engineer who came up with it.
