About the Role
Full time licensed professional civil engineer with emphasis on steel design. Responsibilities include design and review of structures from concept through construction. Working with contractors and providing construction support. Prepare code based criteria, develop and debug math models. Will work on a variety of projects, primary focus will be on cranes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
US Civil PE License (Any state is acceptable)
Knowledge of AISC and IBC codes
Experience designing bolted and welded connections
4 years of experience with Finite Element Analysis
Experience Drafting Complex Steel Structures
Must be able to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
US Structural SE License
SAP2000 Experience Experience with Non-Linear Time History FEA Analysis
Master of Science or Master of Engineering AutoCAD/Inventor/Solidworks Experience Experience with Cranes Experience designing bolted and welded connections. Familiarity with CMAA, AIST, and/or FEM standards and Codes
