About the Role
While CP&A may not have any specific positions that need to be filled, CP&A always has at least one job opening. That opening is reserved for the person with top talent and skills that would enhance our organization. It does not matter if there is work available at the moment. If we have the best engineers, the work will come. We believe top talent improves our organization, regardless of the present circumstance of the company.
Requirements
This position does not have any stated minimum requirements. We are looking for engineers who possess special skills that will enhance the services we can offer our clients. This can take many forms and defining it is rather difficult and could potentially discourage candidates from applying.
Compensation
Base Salary Estimate
Due to the nature of this position, it is not possible to estimate a base salary.
Benefit Package: Employer funded/provided healthcare plan with monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions ($3,800/year). Dental and Vision insurance coverage. Performance based bonuses. Paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holiday (6 weeks total paid time off per year). SARSEP (simplified employee pension) retirement plan with no vesting period. CP&A participate in Washington State family leave; paid parental leave (both maternal and paternal) 90% of salary up to $1,540 per week for 12 weeks.
