About the Role
Full time mid-level mechanical engineer. Responsibilities include assisting lead engineers with the design and review of mechanical systems from concept through product delivery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting, mechanical component selection, strength calculations and on-site visits. This position will received training and mentorship from experienced and licensed professional engineers.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ Years of work experience
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited University
E.I.T. CertificationÂ
Exposure to Finite Element AnalysisÂ
Geometric Dimensioning and TolerancingÂ
Experience designing bolted and welded connections.
Experience with power transmission components.
Must be able to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Machine DesignÂ
Experience working with AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidworksÂ
Programming skills (C#, VBA, etc.)Â
PE License (Any State)
Master of Science, Master of Engineering, PhD
Experience with CMAA 70/74, AIST TR6 or UFC 3-320-07N

Base Salary Estimate
$75,000 - $100,000
Benefit Package: Employer funded/provided healthcare plan with monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions ($3,800/year). Dental and Vision insurance coverage. Performance based bonuses. Paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holiday (6 weeks total paid time off per year). SARSEP (simplified employee pension) retirement plan with no vesting period. CP&A participate in Washington State family leave; paid parental leave (both maternal and paternal) 90% of salary up to $1,427 per week for 12 weeks.
