About the Role
The primary focus of internships will be developing skills CP&A perceive to be under emphasized in college such as drafting, manufacturability of designs, and quickly estimating design requirements. Project tasks will be broken down into smaller components by the lead engineers and assigned to interns.
Requirements
Priority is given to students local to the Tacoma area due to the difficultly of getting on a 3 month lease for the summer.
Minimum Qualifications:
Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering Majors
3.2 GPA or better
Taken a drafting class
Taken Strength of Materials
Must be able to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Compensation
$16.28 to $22 per hour depending on education level.
