Mr. Casper is an internationally recognized expert in the crane industry. He is
the founder of CP&A. He has 40 years as Civil and Structural PE and received two
Engineering News-Record awards for innovative design. He co-authored CP&A's first versions of container crane specifications. He is a frequent
contributor to container crane industry including brittle fracture
prevention, gantry wind runaway prevention, flame straightening accident
damage, boundary layer wind tunnel testing, and non-intrusive WMD
inspection.

Richard W. Phillips, SE, Vice President
Mr. Phillips is an internationally recognized expert in crane industry. He
is co-founder of CP&A. He has over 30 years experience in general SE
practice. He is co-author of CP&A's powerful proprietary structural software
and CP&A's first versions of container crane specifications. He has been
responsible for all phases of projects including crane design, design
review, specification preparation, sea-fasting design, and site inspections.

Jeffrey T. Hubbell, SE, Vice President
Mr. Hubbell is an expert in structural design of buildings, cranes and other
special structures. He has 23 years as a Civil and Structural PE. He is
highly experienced in linear and non-linear time-history seismic design for
various structures. He is co-author of CP&A's powerful proprietary

Dianren (Mike) Zhang, Ph.D., PE, Vice President
Dr. Zhang is an expert in crane engineering and seismic engineering.
He is a licensed professional engineer in USA and China. He has over 20
years experience in crane mechanical and structural design. He
is highly experienced in linear and non-linear dynamic analysis for various
structures.
